October brought a wave of excitement and community spirit to The Green House® Cottages of Southern Hills as we celebrated Rison High School’s 2025 Homecoming Week.
Our residents were treated to a special visit from Rison Elementary School, which held a lively pep rally right here at our cottages. The energy was infectious as the mini cheerleaders and football players filled the space with school spirit, cheers, and smiles. Their enthusiasm brightened the room and brought back fond memories for many of our residents.
Later in the week, several of our residents had the pleasure of watching the Rison Wildcats Homecoming Parade. The parade was a genuine display of creativity and community spirit, with vibrant floats, lively performances, and familiar faces waving from the streets. It was a wonderful moment of connection and celebration for everyone involved.
We are so grateful to be part of a community that values intergenerational engagement and celebrates together. Thank you to Rison Elementary and Rison High School for including us in your Homecoming traditions. Our residents loved every moment.
